Business transfers

• Unique dataset on business transaction data from BizBuySell.com.

• Description: Business transactions of small and middle sized entreprises, with information in panel on reasons to sell, asking and selling price, capital (tangible and intangible), firm age.

US housing transactions

• Unique dataset which comprises the whole universe of housing units from Zillow.com, foreclosure.com and administrative sources.

• Description: 105 million observation (apartments, houses, etc.), representing the quasi totality of  US housing units. Information (in panel) on history of sales and price change, property tax change, and housing characteristics.  It also contains information regarding the rental value.
